Service Description

Fawn Creighton, our LPC, is available to assess your child who may be dealing with ADD, ADHD, or Autism. If you are interested in getting your child assessed, please set up an initial 50 minute session to discuss your specific needs and the criteria that is required for your child.

24 hour cancellation policy

50% cancellation fee applied if cancelled within 24 hours of appointment.
